CAMEX is an upgrading project of CSILP to extend Guangxi's participation in the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor. CAMEX adopts an integrated model combines an online digital platform and an offline immersive trade experience. It is committed to building an one-stop preferred platform for online and offline economic and trade exchanges between China, ASEAN, the other RCEP regional countries and important countries along the Belt and Road, CAMEX is designed to realize a "365-day, year-round China-ASEAN Expo", amplifying the extended impact and spillover effects of the China-ASEAN Expo. It aims to position Guangxi as the primary gateway and origin hub for ASEAN products entering China, and fostering the market perception that: "To source ASEAN specialty products, come to Guangxi—come to CAMEX."
