Universal Reliance (Group) Pte Ltd, founded in 2003, and headquartered is based in Singapore.
With a dedicated professional team, UR follows a philosophy of diversified investment, specialized operations, and comprehensive growth. Guided by the principle of "Surpassing Ourselves, Creating Value", UR formulates its strategies to accelerate the development of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
UR's subsidiaries and investment entities include: UR Travel Pte Ltd, Singapore-China Integrated Developments (Guangxi) Pte Ltd, China-ASEAN Mercantile Exchange (CAMEX), China-ASEAN Fruit Commodity Exchange (CAFCE).

China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat Singapore Liaison Office

Since 2004, Universal Reliance (Group) Pte. Ltd. has been entrusted by the China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat to serve as its Singapore Liaison Office, and remains the only permanent overseas liaison office among ASEAN member states.
The core functions of the Liaison Office include promoting the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), the China–ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), as well as related exhibitions and conference activities to Singapore's government agencies and business community. Over the years, it has become a key bridge facilitating exchanges and cooperation between China and Singapore - particularly between Guangxi and Singapore - contributing to deeper regional engagement and partnership.

Universal Reliance Pte Ltd was established with its office at Bencoolen Street, Singapore

Offically appointed by the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) Secretariat as the "China-AEAN Expo Secretariat Singapore Liaison Office"

Received official written authorization from the CAEXPO Secretariat to conduct exhibitor recruitment and promotion for the 2nd CAEXPO in Singapore.
Successfully held the first CAEXPO Singapore Promotion Conference as the Liaison Office
The company's "乐业龙品" Organic Green Tea was designated as the "Exclusive Green Tea" of the 2nd CAEXPO
Renamed to Universal Reliance (Holdings) Pte Ltd to reflect business expansion
Lu Bing, then Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, unveiled the plaque for the "Singapore Liaison Office" during his visit to Singapore.
Co-hosted the "Guangxi Enterprises Offshore Financing & Listing Forum" in Nanning with CCPIT Guangxi, Guangxi Chamber of International Commerce, and UOB

Subsidiary UR Travel Pte Ltd was established

As the Singapore Liaison Office, we joined a high-level delegation led by Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong to attend the 3rd CAEXPO in Nanning, Guangxi.
Established the Asian Cultural Arts Renaissance (ACAR) to manage growing cultural projects
Hosted a delegation led by Mr Liu Qibao, then Party Secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and co-organized key events, including the "Guangxi-Singapore Trade & Investment Forum" and the "Guangxi Photo Exhibition"

The first phase of the Singapore Business Park within the China-ASEAN Business Park, in which our company participated, was completed on schedule ahead of the 4th China-ASEAN Expo.
ACAR acting as International Master Planner, participated in the "7th 21st Century International Arts Festival" in Genting Highlands, Malaysia

The company was restructured and renamed Universal Reliance (Group) Pte Ltd
Relocated to Lower Delta Road following its business expansion
Appointed to manage the reception arrangements for a delegation led by Mr Ma Biao, Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, during their official visit to Singapore
Launched the "Modern Distance Education Project"
Construction of the Singapore Business Park (a cooperative project) in Nanning, Guangxi, was completed with our company's participation
Appointed to manage the reception arrangements for the delegation led by Guo Shengkun, Secretary of Guangxi Party Committee, during their official visit to Singapore
Managed the official visit of Chen Wu, Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and promoting the 11th CAEXPO (for which Singapore was the Country of Honor)
As the Singapore Liaison Office, we assisted SBF and joined the delegation led by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the 11th CAEXPO, where Singapore was the "City of Charm"
Hosted the Guangxi Government delegation and co-organized the "China (Guangxi)-Singapore Economic & Trade Cooperation Exchange"
Singapore-China Integrated Developments (Guangxi) Pte Ltd was officially established

The Group was participated in the development of the China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park (CSILP), which was officially launched with a groundbreaking ceremony in Nanning, Guangxi, China

Hosted the delegation led by Lu Xinshe, Secretary of the Guangxi Party Committee, and witnessed the launch of the China-ASEAN Multimodal Transport Alliance

Phase I of China-Singapore Nanning International Logistics Park (CSILP) was completed despite the global pandemic

The China-ASEAN Mercantile Exchange (CAMEX), jointly developed with the CAEXPO Secretariat, was completed and officially launched

Hosted a delegation led by Mr Liu Ning, Secretary of Guangxi Party Committee, and co-organized key events, including the the "20th CAEXPO Roadshow (Singapore) & Guangxi Products Going Global Fair", "The Wuzhou Liubao Tea Singapore Promotion", "The China-Singapore Connectivity & New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum"
Hosted the delegation led by Zhou Hongbo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Party Committee & Secretary of the Sanya Party Committee.
